2. Object detect magic eye:

Requirement of thread in the label tapes: First, check flexibility of all rollers on the line which label will pass; please adjust it until it can work smoothly. For thread in method, please take the sketch map on the next page as reference, arrow direction refers to the direction which labels go through. please take a special note that labels must go through in the middle of the opposed photo-sensor to insure the photo-transmission device is keep running.(up and down position of photo-transmission device can be adjusted to ensure electrical eye can irradiate the gap between labels.

FAQ:

Used label rolling can not scroll tight

1. reasons: Conveyor belt was too loose or break off between scroll label wheel and used label roll

2. Ways:

Inspect the conveyor belt (round conveyor belt with green color), you can loose the screw and make conveyor belt tighter if it's too loose. Please change the new conveyor belt if it's broken off or connect the break conveyor belt together via heating sintering method.
